What data do we collect?

We collect personal identification information data (name, company name, job title, email address, mailing address, domicile address, website address, social media address, phone number, fax number, employment and education details, date of birth, names of parents, bank account number, ID number, passport number, social security number, tax identification number, tax residence country, other relevant identification numbers, etc.).

We also collect your postings on any websites or social media that we provide, your IP address, your browser type and language, your access times, complaint details, details of how you like to interact with us and other similar information.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from any individual under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, you should not provide personal information of any kind.

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide us with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • send a message via the contact form available on our website,
  • send a mail or e-mail to one of our addresses,
  • use or view our website via your browser’s cookies,
  • contact us by phone.

We may also receive or retrieve your data indirectly from:

  • other websites, social media or other electronic media whenever you approach us via such media or make your data available to us via such websites or media,

How will we use your data?

How do we store your data?

We securely store your data physically at our premises and digitally on data servers.

We will keep your personal identification information for 10 years from the end of performance of a contract or service or from the end of processing of your order or providing you with the feedback that you have requested, whichever occurs later. We will keep your postings and any data provided automatically through cookies or similar technology for 10 years from the collection of such data.

Once these time periods have expired, we will permanently delete your data.

To whom do we disclose your data?

We may disclose your personal data to entities that are entitled by law to receive such data. We may also disclose your personal data to our workers and co-workers who process data on our behalf and to other entities which carry out data processing for us based on data processing agreements, such as providers of office support services, accounting services, IT services, etc.

You are entitled to the following in respect of your personal data:

  • the right to access – you have the right to request copies of your personal data,
  • the right to rectification – you have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate or that we complete the information you believe is incomplete,

  • the right to restrict processing – you have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions,
  • the right to object to processing – you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by us, under certain conditions,

  • the right to withdraw your consent – whenever we process personal data based on your consent to processing of your data for one or more specific purposes you may partly or entirely withdraw your consent at any time; this will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on the consent before its withdrawal.

This minimal build processes personal data such as: the unique User ID set by Google Analytics, the date and time, the title of the page being viewed, the URL of the page being viewed, the URL of the page that was viewed prior to the current page, the screen resolution, the time in local time zone, the files that were clicked on and downloaded, the links clicked on to an outside domain, the type of device, and the country, region, and city.
